Use of the Service
Peridot provides tools that help teams organize, analyze, and act on research and voice of customer data. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with system integrity, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service in a way that could harm Peridot or other users.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account details up to date. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us promptly.
User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Peridot, including recordings, transcripts, support tickets, survey data, research goals, and related materials. By uploading content, you grant Peridot a limited license to process, store, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the services described on the platform. We do not claim ownership of your research data.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any content to the platform. You agree not to upload content that violates intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws.
AI-Generated Outputs
Peridot uses automated systems to analyze content and generate insights, summaries, and recommendations. While we aim to provide accurate and helpful outputs, AI-generated results may not be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them for business decisions. Peridot is not liable for decisions made based on generated content.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. We are not responsible for losses resulting from downtime, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payments and Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
Peridot and all related software, branding, design, and platform functionality are owned by the company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Peridot if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that poses risk to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service will end, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peridot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Peridot in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will provide notice through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
